The Embassy of P.R.C. to the Republic of Djibouti can authenticate the signature and stamp from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Djibouti and the Federal Republic of Somalia.

The documents required must be:

1. Application Form of Consular legalization which is completely filled (you can download the form from our website).

2. The documents to be authenticated.

3. Photocopy of the applicant's passport or ID card. In case of business license authentication, a photocopy of the company's legal person's passport or ID card is required.

4. Others documents to be submitted if needed.

Fees and processing time

----For Civil documents, e.g. Adoption, marriage, birth/death certificate kinship, etc. 4000FDJ

----For Property or Commercial documents, e.g. Business license, labor agreement, inheritance, property transfer, etc. 8000FDJ

The regular processing time is 4 working days. For express service, additional fees of 4500FDJ for 2 working days, for urgent service, additional fees of 6500FDJ for the same day or next day.
